You may wonder: Why did the US provide China with Intel about Russia? Is the US trying to create a wedge between China & Russia? What lesson(s) Taiwan can learn? Could Taiwan experience similar fate as that of Ukraine if it decides to declare independence?
This comes on the heels of a delegation sent by POTUS to Taiwan led by former chairman of the joint chiefs of staff Mike Mullen in addition to four other former defense and security officials who are set to meet Taiwan’s president premier. One of the US's top officials is Michele Flournoy who was previously an undersecretary of defense. After stepping down from office, she formed a global strategic advisory firm with now secretary of state Anthony Blinken. Flournoy is seen as a popular candidate for the next US Secretary of defense.
Whatever the case may be, conventional wisdom suggests that the US’s provocation(s) of China could lead to some unattended consequences. The Ukraine/Russia fiasco is a case in point. Will it ever end???

(Side note: there is a good plan B, do what USA did in WW2 , just drop a few FD 61 on Japan wil get the job done quick and simple. It will be even better if Russia and North Korea can also drop a few of their missiles bombs to speed up the effort. AIMHO.)
Will Takaichi's landslide election victory putting japan on a conllision course with China, Russia and North korea?
Will the recent approvals of some rare earth materials to Japan encourages Japan's aggressive stance toward China?
(Side note: China's "Penny-wise and pound-foolish" foreign policy is once again making it look weak in front of the whole world. Afraid of hurting a little, lacking the guts to act decisively like Putin and Trump when confronted with major trade/war conflicts. AIMHO.)
