A New World Monetary system is being set up right now which will completely kill the US dollar, which is the world's reserve currency.
23 countries (60% of the world's GDP) are setting up swap lines which bypass the US dollar & SWIFT, which is the dollar-based worldwide financial transaction system. Among these countries are Russia, China, India, and even Germany, France, and the United Kingdom.
Against this backdrop, I argue that the decline of the US dollar, given the amount of debt the US Government is generating thru ‘Quantitative Easing’ is raising concerns with investors mainly overseas. The two main domestic issues that negatively impacted the value of the US dollar are attributed to two main factors: The High inflation and the US Government’s inability to contain the Pandemic. Where from here is anyone’s guess!!!
One thing is sure: As the world shifts to a multipolar, the changes to the global financial system are investable.
