My suggestion:
China offering US/UK school head teachers a free, no string attached, 2 weeks holiday visit to any Chinese city of their choice at a time that is convenient to them. They can each bring along upto 3 member of family or frineds. A tour guide will be provided on request.
Only condition is to "you-tube" their unfiltered real time travel experience, reporting on how they see Chinese ways of life - good and bad.
When they arrive back to their countries, share their China Experience -good and bad - with their students.
Let facts speak for themselves.
