Few days ago, when China sanctioned Hanwha for endangers China's national security and its shipping industry for its involvement in the US probes and measures,
Korea governemnt immediately activated South Korea-China trade channel to resolve the issue.
From no say to lots to say, a face changing act second only to USA.
