Chinese couldn't innovate?
The Four Great Inventions of Ancient China's "Four Great Inventions" are papermaking, the compass, gunpowder, and printing, widely considered among its most significant contributions. Other key inventions include silk, porcelain, acupuncture, the seismograph, and modern innovations like 5G and high-speed rail. The "best" is subjective, but these inventions had profound, lasting impacts on global civilization.
With out these Chinese inventions, there wouldn't be any Steve Jobs, Bill Gates and Elon Musk.
What's more, USA is doing its best to stop China innnovates. Good example is Huawei, it is being forced by US sanctions to play catch up. But, once it overcome current tech obsiticles, it will have plenty of time and opportunities to invent and innovate. From this company alone, it will produce lots of Steve Jobs, Bill Gates and Elon MUsk...etc.
AIMHO.
