Xi and Trump's are relieved for different reasons:
Trump: " Thank god, Xi answered my call."
Xi: " hopefully I won't be bother by Trump for a while now."
Not much could be discussed in hour and half:
- 10 minutes to exchange meaningless pleasantries.
- actual time for discusion was just over an hour; half that time would be used up by the transaltors.
So, Xi and Trump would have about 15 to 20 mins each to state its case.
